Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how vfloow ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use vfloow.com and app.vfloow.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address and profile picture, provided by you or by the sign-in provider you choose.
• Content you create. Projects, plans, files, workspace details and other material you upload or create in the Service.
• Usage and device information. Basic technical data such as log records, browser type, IP address and how the Service is used, collected to keep it secure and working well.

2. Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information: your name, email address and profile picture. We use it solely to create and identify your account and to sign you in. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

vfloow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. AI features

When you use AI features, such as the AI designer or AI product search, the content needed for that request (for example plan images, rooms, products and your instructions) is sent to AI model providers that process it on our behalf to return a result. We only use providers whose terms do not allow them to train their models on your content.

4. Integrations

If you connect a third-party service, such as a proposal tool, we store its credentials encrypted on our servers and exchange data with it only when you ask us to, for example to import products or send a design.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain and improve the Service; to authenticate you and protect your account; to communicate with you about the Service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. How we share information

We share information only:

• with the people you choose to collaborate with inside the Service;
• with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, database, authentication and AI providers), who may only process it on our behalf;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by writing to hello@vfloow.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

10. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

11. Children

The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.
